I like to think I am a down-to-earth woman, with a story to tell.
After all, we all have a backstory worth sharing. We all have our 'why'; the catalyst of why we do what we do. We all have that driving force behind us, that keeps our purpose on track. But sometimes, our 'why' and present day selves become a separate identity.
Not me.
I am all about sharing it all.
I am not shy when it comes to owning my backstory; from motherhood, marriage to becoming a leadership mogul. Yep, I can safely say, that I want it all.
And so can you.
It's so important to recognise and ask the questions:
- What is our backstory?
- Does our backstory feature in our brand?
- Can we as women showcase our motherhood and CEO status as one?
- Do we as women feel the need to wear different hats, regardless of how equally successful they are?
- Can we own a time where we 'failed' and what amazing lessons did we learn in the process?
- Is Imposter Syndrome a challenge?
Its so important to get up close and personal with our 'why'.
